Donahue, Hagan, Klein & Weisberg Attorneys Stephanie Frangos Hagan and Debra Weisberg will be speaking at the New Jersey State Bar Association’s 2021 Family Law Symposium on January 26 – 27. Hundreds of family law attorneys and related professionals will be present, as the annual symposium provides thought-provoking and insightful lectures from top divorce attorneys, judges and experts regarding novel legal issues.  

Stephanie Frangos Hagan will be discussing the concept of “marital momentum” and its consideration in the calculation of alimony in a divorce.  Ms. Hagan, along with her associate Kaitlyn Lapi authored an article on the topic which analyzed existing published cases.

Debra Weisberg will be offering her expertise in discussing issues relating to occupancy by both parties in the marital residence during the pendency of a divorce.  Ms. Weisberg authored an article addressing each spouse’s right to reside in the marital home pendente lite.
