While in law school, Alyssa took part in her law school’s Child Advocacy Clinic, volunteering her time to represent children in cases involving DYFS and the Social Security Administration. She then became a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas L. Weisenbeck, Presiding Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Morris County Family Part during the 2008-2009 court year.

Since joining the firm in October 2009, Alyssa has been specializing in family and matrimonial matters, concentrating on issues of divorce, child custody, parenting time, child support, college contributions, equitable distribution, palimony, DYFS related cases, prenuptial agreements and paternity. During her tenure at the firm, Alyssa has obtained a vast knowledge of family law as her work has included preparing for trials, working on appeals, attending mediations and assisting with the day to day needs of her clients. Alyssa has also gained valuable courtroom experience arguing motions and appearing on behalf of her clients in Courthouses throughout New Jersey.
