Francis W. Donahue, Esq. Moderates Panel on Pendente Lite Motions at Barry Croland Family Law Inn of Court.

On January 16, 2018, Francis W. Donahue, Esq. moderated a panel on pendente lite motions at the Barry Croland Family Law Inn of Court.  The program focused on the effective drafting and presentation of pendente lite motions at oral argument before the Court.  Showcasing his vast experience arguing motions before the Court, Mr. Donahue engaged in a thoughtful discussion, comparing judicial outcomes in pendente lite applications, which included the input of the Honorable Thomas Weisenbeck, J.S.C. (Ret.) and Honorable Marcella Matos Wilson, Esq.  In addition, the panel included associate Kaitlyn Lapi, Esq., who drafted and argued a pendente lite motion before Judge Matos Wilson.
